When ordering parts, please help us to ensure you get exactly what you require. We need to know precise details about the make and the model of your car, year of manufacture, chassis number, engine number and any special modifications, to avoid mistakes. Our Sales staff will be able to offer you help and advice in selecting the correct products for you

We accept Cheque, Postal Orders , Cash, Credit Card through PayPal only !.

Please make cheques payable to " Ultimate Performance Autosupply ", write your home address, telephone number and cheque card number on the back. Please allow 4 working days for cheque clearance before dispatch of goods. For collection, you can collect the goods from our office & Workshop at Cotgrave / Nottingham city.

All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT @ 20%)

VAT is charged on all orders from the European Union. No Vat is charged on orders from outside the European Union.


Orders Policy

All orders placed with Ultimate Performance Autosupply (phone, fax, mail, & e-mail) constitutes the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed on Ultimate Performance Autosupply Price List, Ultimate Performance Autosupply's Wholesale Terms & Conditions, and all conditions listed below. All parts shall remain the property of Ultimate Performance Autosupply until paid for in full. All prices, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Please allow 4 business working days for postal orders and cheques to clear. Payment must be received by Ultimate Performance Autosupply before any shipments are made.

All (personalised/specialised) orders must be paid in deposit of 50% at the time of order value. All orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible - however, Ultimate Performance Autosupply will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control.

Any refused shipments sent back to Ultimate Performance Autosupply does not constitute the right to a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with Ultimate Performance Autosupply for refused shipments. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 20% restocking fee on all products shipped.



All returns will be allowed only within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. All authorised return goods must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No refund on goods that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed.

RETURN AUTHORISATION must be issued before any refunds can be made. We will not accept any items without prior notification. Please call us to make arrangements, and to specify the reason for the return. Upon receiving this information, we will contact you with instructions. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your care and return them, the return must be received by Ultimate Performance Autosupply within 10 calendar days after authorisation has been given.

Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. A refund will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to Ultimate Performance Autosupply.

Original shipping, handling charges and banking charges are not refundable. A photo copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact telephone number where we may be able to reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of all parts before installation. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Making Shortage Claim

Shortage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt date. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. Ultimate Performance Autosupply cannot initiate any claims with the carrier.



No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling. All goods and works sold by Ultimate Performance Autosupply is only subject to one year manufacturer's warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of goods. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labour or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on lights, light bulbs, decals, electrical parts, wipers and engine parts. It is the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record and warranty claims.


Law and Jurisdiction

The purchase of any goods from this site is governed by English Law. By accepting our terms and conditions you are submitting the contract to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
