Operation Hour

UPAUTO Show room & Work Shop is open from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, 10:30 am to 1:30 pm Saturday. We are closed Sunday, and all major holidays. Our online store and fax are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can receive orders at any time you wish to place them.

Payment

When ordering parts, please help us to ensure you get exactly what you require. We need to know precise details about the make and the model of your car, year of manufacture, chassis number, engine number and any special modifications, to avoid mistakes. Our Sales staff will be able to offer you help and advice in selecting the correct products for you

We accept Cheque, Postal Orders , Cash, Credit / Debit Card & PayPal

Credit Cards : VISA, MASTERCARD and JCB. ( Extra 3% Banking charge )

Debit Cards : Maestro, SOLO and Visa Delta.

We require your card number, expiry date, issue number and statement address details. Please have your card to hand when you place your order.

Please make cheques payable to " Ultimate Performance Autosupply ", write your home address, telephone number and cheque card number on the back. Please allow 4 working days for cheque clearance before dispatch of goods. For collection, you can collect the goods from our Showroom & Workshop at COTGRAVE.

PayPal : We can accept Credit Card payments only through PayPal ( www.paypal.com ). This online banking service is ideal for online purchases. If you are not already registered, you can sign up quickly and easily by simply clicking the above link. Please be aware a 4.8% charge will be added to all PayPal transactions to cover PayPal costs. Delivery charges

Because of the variety and size of some of our stock, charges for delivery vary, so please contact us for exact carriage costs.

From stock, we can offer Next day delivery by express courier. If it is currently out of stock, it will take around 4 - 6 weeks for the Japanese made tuning parts and 7 - 9 weeks for the Japanese made body styling parts. The bulk of the body styling and tuning part we supply is brought in from overseas on demand, it is financially impossible to stock the full vast range here in the U.K. 50% Deposit needs to be taken prior ordering. (Subject to stock availability)

Taxes

All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT @ 17.5%)

VAT is charged on all orders from the European Union. No Vat is charged on orders from outside the European Union.

Overseas orders

For overseas order we only accept Bank transfer method / Bank Draft / PayPal for payment in Sterling only, due to we can't check to verify the credit card at all and company have been losing a lot of money through commercial fraud by credit card payment.

There is no returns / refund for Overseas orders after payment / receive parts, please make sure you are ordering the correct parts from us before make the payment.
